Chili Series
Our chili products stand out from conventional offerings. Two of our most distinctive sauces are the fruit-flavored sweet and sour chili sauce and the Zhe Er Gen root chili sauce (made with Houttuynia cordata), both featuring unique flavor profiles uncommon in the market.
Our chili sauces are made from peppers grown across two million acres of high-quality farmland in Zunyi, known as the “Pepper Capital of the World.” We use a “Company + Village Cooperative + Farmers” contract farming model to ensure the purity and traceability of all raw materials.
We use a unique temperature-controlled lactic acid fermentation process combined with traditional ceramic altar cellars. This allows us to achieve low salt content and zero added preservatives while retaining active lactic acid bacteria and superoxide dismutase (SOD). The resulting nutritional profile far exceeds national standards.
Our products are free from chemical additives and made with non-GMO rapeseed oil refined at low temperatures. They are certified to ISO9001 and ISO22000 standards and fully comply with food safety regulations in both Europe and the United States.
