The factory covers an area of 85,000 square meters, with 17 fully automatic production lines, an annual output of 100,000 tons of sour soup and chili pepper, more than 10,000 ceramic tonnage altars for sour soup, and 108 fermentation tanks, with a capacity of 90 tons for a single fermentation tank.
