Guizhou Lvyinfood specializes in producing and exporting traditional sour soup and chili products rooted in Guizhou’s ecological cuisine.
With two cooperative production bases in Guiyang and Zunyi, we integrate ancient Miao and Dong fermentation techniques with modern food science, managing the entire supply chain from raw material cultivation to processing. Every product is fully traceable.
Our factory covers 85,000 m², with 17 automated production lines, an annual output of 100,000 tons, over 10,000 ceramic fermentation altars, and 108 stainless steel fermentation tanks (each with a 90-ton capacity).
We have passed ISO and HACCP certifications, and our products are exported to 20+ countries and regions including Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. Our offerings suit food manufacturers, restaurant chains, supermarkets, and home kitchens alike.
We collaborate with institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Guizhou University, and Moutai College. With our own R&D institute, we hold 100+ patents and manage 20+ brands, backed by 30 years of industry experience.
All our products use low-salt fermentation and our patented LSN chili technology, with 0 added preservatives. The sour soup is fresh and mellow; the chili, layered and aromatic. From the mountains of Guizhou to your table, we bring authentic flavors crafted by nature and tradition.
