At the 2025 Hong Kong Food Expo (August 14–16), the largest food event in the Asia-Pacific region, Lvyin Food made its debut at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with its Guizhou intangible cultural heritage sour soup products, showcasing the culinary secrets of Guizhou to global buyers. The expo gathered over 1,000 exhibitors from 26 countries, attracting more than 500,000 members of the public and professional buyers, marking a significant step for us in expanding into international markets.
The “Sour Soup Craze” on the International Stage
The booth attracted over 300 professional buyers daily. Our sour soup hot pot products, praised for their “unique fermented flavor,” drew interest from supply chain giants such as Hong Kong Prince Food Group and China-Europe Mall. Over 70% of the clients engaged in negotiations were from the food supply chain sector, with a Hong Kong chain tea restaurant expressing interest in private-label production for red sour soup.
Double Success in Orders and Reputation
On-site intent orders exceeded US$100,000, with on-site sales reaching HK$5,000. Our sour soup hot pot seasonings were particularly favored by catering clients for their convenience. Hong Kong residents who tasted the product remarked, “It’s milder than expected—an attractive sour flavor that immediately stimulates the appetite!” Japanese and Korean food companies also praised our Guizhou red sour soup after tasting it.
Recognized by Authoritative Certifications
Lvyin Food currently holds ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications, laying the foundation for standardized exports. Centered in Qiandongnan, we collaborate with sour soup industrial parks in Zunyi and Anshun, achieving an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons—ensuring sufficient export capability and consistency in quality.
